Questions and answers
Where does the data come from?
Only from public records: IUB notices, awards and complaints; EIS calls, their documents, bids, results and contracts; the Company Register's companies, filed accounts, officers and ownership links; the Ministry of Finance's de minimis register; and calls public buyers post only on their own websites. The tender documents are read by AI. Sources →
How fresh is it?
New notices are loaded every morning, and the registers every week. The footer of every page says when the last load ran and how it ended.
What does it cost?
Every company starts with a 7-day trial with everything. Then Free costs nothing and holds the calls open now and your own company; Pro is €49 a month excl. VAT (€59.29 incl. VAT), billed yearly, or €59 billed monthly, for one person; Team is €99 a month excl. VAT (€119.79 incl. VAT), billed yearly, or €119 billed monthly, for up to 3 people. Pricing →
What does the trial hold?
Everything: every record's depth — its history by year, contract lists, rivals, who bid, networks, how buyers behave and the “Should I bid?” brief — people's names as published, and exports; your company's own page — the contracts ending in your fields, the competitors you meet, the buyers you win from — alerts by e-mail, and your filed accounts checked against our own benchmarks; any tender followed, with a message when it changes; the buyers' own tender documents we have read from EIS, while offers can still be submitted; and one board for a team of up to 3 people. Who can create an account for my company?
Anyone with the company's registration number and a working e-mail address; the first to sign up holds the company, and colleagues join by invitation. A sign-up whose address is not confirmed within 3 days is deleted, and the company can be claimed again. If someone who should not have it claims your company, write to us and we remove it.
Can other companies see what we follow or ask?
No. Your alerts and your questions to the AI are yours alone; the tenders your team follows, its board and its settings are your team's. No other company can see them.
Why are people's names shown?
The Company Register publishes who sits on a company's board and who may sign for it, so that anyone can see who can bind a company. unbin.lv shows that role and nothing more — it never names anyone as an owner, and never shows personal codes or birth dates. The names are shown to signed-in readers; a reader without an account sees how many people there are. Privacy and your rights →
Something here is wrong. What do I do?
If the register itself is wrong, correct it at the Company Register; unbin.lv follows on its next load. If our figure is wrong, write to us with the link to the page. Contact →
How do I delete my account?
From Settings. Your account, its sessions, your alerts, your Telegram connection, your questions to the AI and what the site recorded of your visits go at once; your comments and entries on your team's board stay there under your name, and the tenders you led are left with no owner. If you are your team's last member, the team goes too, with its board.
